Daniel Eisner is a Sales Associate and Commercial Drone Pilot for Nye Commercial Advisors, Inc. Graduating with a degree from Florida Atlantic University in Health Administration, Daniel began structuring Managed Care Organizations such as Accountable Care Organizations and Clinically Integrated Networks within the healthcare field. After a few years in the health care industry, Daniel joined Nye Commercial Advisors where he interned during his early years of college. With initial aspirations of selling land to healthcare developers, Daniel started working with Tom Parks of Nye Commercial’s Manufactured Housing Group. Over the next four years the Team sold over $350,000,000 in Commercial Assets.
Daniel has a passion for finance, psychology, and problem solving. Striving to use that combination along with the tutelage from Manufactured Housing legend Tom Parks. The goal of every transaction is to create the smoothest course from “Start to Close” for buyers and sellers. While utilizing innovative techniques to discover real estate for clients, referring clients to established reputable professionals within the industry, to discussing optimal exit strategies such as tax deferral options such as 1031 exchanges and Delaware Statutory Trusts.
Daniel enjoys giving his time to the community, and is involved with a handful of charitable organizations. Additionally, there has always been a love for reading, traveling, investing, and most importantly spending time with family.
