Kim Brothers

Kim Brothers has worked in Real Estate for over a decade and has served as the company’s lead point of contact for clients within the company’s portfolio and provides support to our sales agents throughout the lifecycle of a deal. As part of her responsibilities, she is responsible for managing the overall operations of Nye and increasing efficiency to support the Nye Team.

Prior to joining Nye Commercial Advisors, she worked at two of the largest commercial brokerage firms in Tampa as a Transaction Coordinator and Escrow Manager for over ten years. She provided direct support to 15 agents throughout the life cycle of a deal, as well as supporting brokers in their business development efforts.

She has spent a total of 18 years in the mortgage lending, brokerage, and title industry providing executive assistance, office supervision, project management, and transition management.

In the course of her professional career, Kim has managed more than $600 million in real estate transactions.
